1. About vSee Pro

vSee Pro ("we," "us," "our") is an officially authorized distributor of vSeeBox streaming media devices, operating from Massachusetts, USA. Our authorization (VAD250562) is verifiable at vseebox.com/verification. By visiting vsee.pro or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What You're Buying

vSee Pro sells hardware only. The vSeeBox is a general-purpose streaming media device, similar in category to Roku, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire Stick. Specifically:

• We sell the physical device, remote, HDMI cable, power adapter, and packaging.
• We do not sell channels, subscriptions, content libraries, or streaming services.
• We do not host, distribute, or provide copyrighted media content of any kind.
• The device runs the Android operating system. You are responsible for any apps you choose to install and how you use them.

3. Customer Responsibility for Content

The vSeeBox is a programmable hardware device. You — the customer — are solely responsible for:

• Choosing which apps to install on the device.
• Reading and complying with each app or service's own terms of service.
• Using only licensed streaming services and properly authorized content sources.
• Complying with all applicable copyright laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

vSee Pro does not encourage, condone, or facilitate copyright infringement. If you have questions about whether a specific app or service is appropriate for your use, consult that service's own documentation.

4. Trademarks and Third-Party Services

Service names mentioned on vsee.pro (such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Spotify, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention describes hardware compatibility (i.e., that those apps can be installed on Android-based streaming devices), not affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship. vSee Pro is not affiliated with any of these services.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on vsee.pro are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sales tax may be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) orders that appear fraudulent, orders to addresses outside our shipping range, or orders for products that are out of stock. If we decline your order, your payment will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. vSee Pro is not liable for carrier delays, weather events, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on direct purchases from vsee.pro and a 1-year manufacturer warranty against hardware defects.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The vSeeBox is sold with the manufacturer's standard 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Beyond this warranty and the rights provided by applicable law, the device is sold "as is." vSee Pro makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vSee Pro's liability for any claim related to a vSeeBox purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the device. vSee Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use the device or any third-party app installed on it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Internet and Service Requirements

The vSeeBox requires a working internet connection. Streaming quality depends on your internet speed, network conditions, and the apps you use. vSee Pro is not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of any third-party service you choose to use with the device.

12. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, shipping address, email, payment details). Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers) or as required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of vsee.pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from a purchase from vsee.pro will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
