The Short Version: Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Massachusetts via USPS or UPS. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the day your order ships.
vSee Pro ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
All orders ship from our distribution center in Massachusetts via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery times below are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place the order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods (e.g., holidays) may extend delivery times.
Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not mark up shipping; you pay the carrier rate. Free shipping promotions (when offered) are clearly indicated at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days of your order, email support@vsee.pro with your order number.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and email them to support@vsee.pro within 7 days. We'll send a replacement at our cost.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed at the carrier facility, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs (carrier rate) are paid by the customer. If you want a refund instead, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Email support@vsee.pro immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can update the address before the order ships (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Once shipped, address changes must be requested through the carrier directly.
vSee Pro does not currently ship outside the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and want a vSeeBox, please contact the manufacturer directly at vseebox.com to find an authorized distributor in your region.
