The Short Version: If you're not happy with your vSeeBox within 30 days of receiving it, send it back and we'll refund the full purchase price. You pay return shipping. The device must be in working condition with all original accessories. Manufacturer warranty (1 year) covers defects after that.
vSee Pro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all vSeeBox streaming devices purchased directly from vsee.pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To start a refund within your 30-day window:
Every vSeeBox comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your device develops a hardware defect after the 30-day guarantee period (but within one year of purchase), email support@vsee.pro with your order number and a description of the problem.
Warranty service typically includes diagnostic support, repair, or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the device for warranty service. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
If your vSeeBox arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us at support@vsee.pro within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost — including return shipping.
Once we confirm receipt of your returned device, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days through the original payment method (Stripe). Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
