Who handles customer support?
We do — 100%. Your customers reach vSee Pro directly at support@vsee.pro. Your chairs stay chairs, not a help desk.
What if a customer wants a refund?
vSee Pro handles every refund directly under our standard 30-day policy — you never deal with it. One note: the $50 is only paid on boxes that stay sold, so if a box is refunded, that commission comes back off. Every box that sticks is yours to keep.
When exactly do I get paid?
Every Friday, by direct deposit. Most partners see the money land by early afternoon, with a text confirmation when it hits your account.
What does this cost my shop?
$0. Your QR cards, dashboard, and setup are all free. You only ever make money — there is nothing to buy to start earning.
How does my shop get credit for a sale?
Your QR code carries your shop’s unique code. Every scan and sale is tracked to your dashboard automatically — no manual work on your end.
